MULLALY SHUT DOWN!

Franky Navarro rode by the park today and snapped this pic of all the ramps chained up. Nobody really knows what’s up, but we are guessing the parks dept closed the place off. Hopefully it wont be for good. PHOTO FROM YOURINN.COM
